  Friends, this is Mollie. Mollie is a gracious and cheerful Springer Spaniel.

  
  She loves to sleep UNDER the dog bed. She is also scared of squeaky ducks. Mollie is quirky and cute. Mollie is a steadfast confidant to humans (even though she sometimes begs tirelessly for any red colored food, especially licorice).
  

  It breaks my heart to tell you, but Mollie was found hungry and cold, hiding under some boxes in an old warehouse. Mollie was saved by a courageous dog loving human and brought to Shelterpups.com for a second chance at a great life.

  Mollie now dreams of the simple things like a kind human to worship, and a soft, safe place to snuggle. Mollie is a friendly, medium energy dog. Mollie's laid-back, easy-going attitude makes her the perfect adoptable friend. Mollie is often a bit of a barker . We recommend a home where she'll get tons of attention.
  
  She had some accidents when she first arrived at the Shelter Pups, but has been trained during the stay.

  Mollie is a friendly, medium energy English Springer Spanie. Be ready for action. Also, each dog breed has certain traits. Knowing a little bit about your pup's individual personality and breed personality will give you some clues about how to care for your pup.

  Friendliness: Springer Spaniels love people so much that their tails are always wagging. They are even-tempered, gentle, friendly, and sociable dogs that make great friends. These pups are intelligent and high energy, making them perfect for agility and obedience activities.
  
  Grooming: The Springer Spaniel is fairly easy to maintain and regular brushing with a stiff bristle brush will keep him looking good; pay particular attention to their ears in order to prevent infections. Springer Spaniels love water and may even play in mud puddles, requiring them to be bathed regularly.
  
  Exercise: Springer Spaniels were bred to hunt and require as much exercise as you can give them. They love to fetch and swim.
