Kids, this is Molly. Ms. Molly is a thoughtful, jovial little gal. She is a Pit Bull.
She loves reading the newspaper and has a favorite toy: rollerblades.
Molly is an unwavering pal to humans (even though she sometimes must be carried over mud puddles).
But then it happened; Molly's human just became too busy to care for an active pup like Molly. Her human had no other choice than to put Molly up for adoption.
Molly wakes up each morning hoping this will be the day she finally finds a new human. Molly is a high energy dog. Molly's incredible poise makes her the perfect adoptable friend. Molly is a little TOO playful sometimes and she is recommended for a home where she'll get regular walks or runs and plenty of training sessions.
She had some accidents when she first arrived at the Shelter Pups, but has been trained during the stay.
Things You Should Know Before Adopting Molly
Molly is a high energy Pit Bull. Be ready to give this pup lots of attention. Also, each dog breed has certain traits. Knowing a little bit about your pup's individual personality and breed personality will give you some clues about how to care for your pup.
There's a bunch of Pit Bull in this Shelter Pup!
Friendliness: Pit Bulls may look brawny and tough but they are actually very good natured and sweet companions. This breed was specifically bred for patience and acceptance, making this pup a polite playmate. Make sure your Pit Bull meets lots of new dogs so he doesn't become too shy.
Grooming: The Pit Bull's extremely short coat is very low maintaince but also make Pit Bulls sensitive to cold weather. Brush your pup every week and provide a warm jacket while playing in the snow.
Exercise: A Pit Bull may look active and powerful but they only need moderate daily activity to stay healthy. A daily walk on a leash or short romp in the backyard will keep a Pit Bull happy and fit. Young Pit Bulls like to jump so obedience training is very important.
Sorry, but Molly was already adopted by an International Rescue Hero!
