  Everyone, this is Sasha. Sasha is a gracious, easy-going young queen. She is a Mastiff.

  
  She adores sloppy kisses and will do anything for popcorn. Sasha is an unwavering partner to humans (even though she sometimes can be just a little noisy).
  

  It breaks my heart to tell you, but Sasha was found living alone in the woods and scavenging for food. Sasha was brought to ShelterPups.com where she is being cared for temporarily while she waits each day for her forever home.

  Sasha wakes up each morning hoping this will be the day she finally finds a new human. Sasha is a friendly, medium energy dog. Sasha's infinitely kind heart makes her the perfect comical companion for anyone. Sasha can be a bit of a barker and she'll be best in a home where she can be around other friendly dogs.

  Before Adopting Sasha

  
  Sasha is a friendly, medium energy Mastiff. Be ready for action. Also, each dog breed has certain traits. Knowing a little bit about your pup's individual personality and breed personality will give you some clues about how to care for your pup.

  Friendliness: Mastiff are extremely large dogs and can weigh up to 200lbs. Their size and protective nature make them excellent watch dogs. In addition to their desire to guard their home, Mastiffs make excellent pets and are considered calm and patient playmates.
  
  Health: Mastiffs are prone to stomach aches, also known as bloat. To keep this pup feeling good feed two or three small meals a day instead of one large meal.
  
  Exercise: Mastiffs are extremely lazy but still require a daily walk to stay healthy.
