  Everyone, I'd like you to meet Charlie. Mr. Charlie is a loving and easy-going Beagle.

  
  He is completely adorable. He is crazy about flip-flops. He is also terrified of forts. Charlie is a loving playmate to humans (even though he sometimes sometimes peed NEXT to the newspaper when he was first being trained).
  

  It breaks my heart to tell you, but Charlie was found living in an abandoned house,Charlie was abandoned at the shelter in the middle of the night. Charlie was brought to ShelterPups.com and now spends time playing with the other Shelter Pups while patiently waiting for a Rescue Hero.

  Charlie hopes for just one thing: a fresh start in a new home. Your home! Charlie is a shy, low energy dog. Charlie's quiet and demure nature makes him the perfect pup for anyone who loves to care & nuture. Charlie can be slightly timid . We recommend a home where he'll be with a patient owner.
